The hair cut was not what I asked for even tho I shows a photo of past cuts. It was not a pleasant experience the way my head was moved. Would not go again

I made a drop-in visit today on my day off work and was lucky to get an appointment with the very talented and lovely Dom. Dom was so lovely from start to finish, listened intently to my hair wants and gave me a terrific cut, with increased volume and face framing pieces as requested. I was also offered a drink upon arrival and Dom also gave me the most incredible head massage. Thank you Dom! I'll definitely be back.
