After an unhappy first experience, one conversation with the manager sorted the problem and has turned me into one of Mis Gertrude's biggest fans. My newly assigned stylist is an amazing hairdresser, and the ambiance of the salon friendly, helpful and very 'Fitzroy'. Love it.
