I have being seeing Elle for quite a few years now. I have even followed her from another salon. She's professional, fun and creative. I can quite literally sit in the chair and say 'Do what you like', and I know not only will I love it, but I will get compliments from complete strangers on both the cut and the colour. She's also great when I come in with specific requests. Can't recommend Miss Gertrude enough.
