Miss Gertrude is a very professional studio. I have never had to wait for my appointment. You are seated and offered avery nice choice of coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Magazines are quietly placed next to you. The studio is often very busy when I have been there. Staff are very attentive and want to make your experience a pleasant one. I have always had good sensible advice even when I have felt like being a bit daring- the calm considered advice about managing a particular style or wanting a particular colour is sincerely and honestly given. The location just around the corner from Gertrude street is great because you have this wonderful street to walk along in my case from the tram in Victoria Parade and back.
