I recently moved to Melbourne from Europe. As so many other clients, I am quite sensitive about my hair, and I have experienced top notch (and expensive) salons that didn't seem to have the proper techniques for cutting and coloring. Luckily, Miss Gertrude knows their handcraft. And they know customer service. I will definitely be coming back in the future! Thank you for a great haircut, color and good service. My recommendations go to all the staff, but Jens was the one in charge of my hair, and I can only recommend him.
