With over 900 sqm, we have our own secure private car park.  Inside there are a lot of spaces to relax in resort style surroundings. Including 3 relaxation Areas :- Indoor Relaxation Lounge with fireplace and dinning area , alfresco water garden and alfresco health lounge includes spa and infra-red Sauna.  10 quiet treatment rooms, individually customised to the treatments, a nail lounge, change rooms with lockers and Skincare dispensary.

I've been to Le Beau Day Spa a couple of times before, so was expecting great things. The previous two times I've been there have been great. I went for an 80 min hot stone massage recently and was left feeling like the $208 was a total waste. The lady completing the massage spent more time playing with the stones than would be considered normal. In addition, i probably would have spent about 45 mins all up receiving a massage; which was more rubbing my body down with oil than anything else. Would likely go elsewhere in future.

My mum and I both had massages which were nice but I had my nails painted and was very disappointed with the result. I feel the service was rushed, my nails were left uneven and rough. Overall, it was an expensive treatment which was not worth the money.

the lady supporting me through the day was amazing her name is Pheebee and I would of given a 10 for her service however the lady that helped my partner Swade I was very disappointed in her service, firstly when we went in for our massage and trying to get changed and ready for the massage we were rushed and she said "that's it now we are coming in" I paid a lot of money to have a relaxing experience and this made us feel very flustered and unrelaxed as we warned even on the bed yet he also put on the paper he wanted FIRM massage and not once did she check if the pressure was good for him which it wasn't . secondly as Swade was trying to get ready for his massage he tried to put his headphones in to listen to his own music as he prefers this. the lady came in and said "your not allowed your phone in the vicinity" then continued to grab his phone off him which if she had just given him a minute he would of handed it over. thirdly at no point in time were we ever told no phones were allowed and had we been advised he wasn't allowed it that would have been fine but we weren't. Lastly I wasn't advised there would be a lengthy gap between our sauna and massage, I was also not told what to bring, we have been to plenty spas and are always advised what to bring and what ever wasn't advised to bring we knew was provided. we came very in prepared which was stressful and took away from what would of been an amazing experience. my massage was amazing and pheebee was amazing so please don't take away from her work.

I was extremely disapointed with my latest visit. I arrived 5 mins early, as requested, given tea which was all nice. After 20 minutes I went to the reception where I was told my therapist was running late but would be there soon. Parts of the treatment/experience could not be done due to lack of time. This treatment included a 20 minute back massage and 50 minute facial for $231. I do not believe this is value for money at all.

The salon was well presented. I was greeted politely but then told that my beautician was running late with no apology and I was asked if I would like to pay upfront. The beautician didn’t introduce herself or apologise for being late. I explained that I had never had the particular treatment done before, yet this still didn’t prompt the beautician to go out of her way to explain the procedure to me any further. I have been going to Le Beau for many years and I used to always receive wonderful customer service. However during my last few visits I don’t feel like anyone has gone out of their way to make me feel valued anymore. The staff I have dealt with seem like they are just trying to get through their shift. I can no longer justify the prices for that kind of service. I will be looking for a new day spa.

The place and environment was lovely, and the customer service was Quite welcoming as well, however the pedicure itself was disappointing… Even though I got the express pedicure, I still expected a pedicure… Yes I suppose it could’ve been partially on me for not asking questions beforehand, But when I expect a pedicure, I would think some basic exfoliation would be included. there was no exfoliation or massage whatsoever. I did get a pre-soak which was average but apparently they don’t normally even provide a soak for the express pedicure! no mention of any of these details on the website when you book. Also I was told At the very end after the colour was done that I should walk out barefoot to my car because I wore the wrong kind of shoes and I needed to let the nail polish dry for longer. not to mention the chair i sat in was several steps down From any Chair you would get in a nail salon. not a massaging chair just a regular chair that squeaked when you moved in it. For much less, at a normal nail salon I could get far far better treatment. all I wanted was a change of nail colour and some exfoliation but I didn’t even get that, and what I did was rather subpar, whilst paying almost $100 for it. On the positive side I told the receptionist about the shoe situation and she was able to find me some slippers to walk out in.
