Came in to fix my blonde bleaching as it was brassy walked out a grey brown colour. Not what I asked for at all and I hate it. It’s the colour my hair was before I bleached it. Complete waste of $150

Over $100 for just a toner, treatment and dry off to refresh the blonde in my hair and it’s made my hair darker, not brighter and toned

I wasn't very happy with the service or the final results. It was the first time I had been to the hairdresser for foils in nearly 6 months, so I explained I wanted it the same colour blonde as strong blonde as possible. I booked in for a half a head of foils and toner and treatment. Paid $320 for it without a cut or blowdry. The hairdresser did not say 1 word or ask any questions after the initial brief consult. It was not a comfortable experience. I left the salon after 2.5 hours with hair which looks like it still has significant regrowth. You can see in the picture there are barely any foils and they are too thin to match the rest of the hair. I'm very disappointed.
