Hi I wanted to come in and see you today, but I am busy at work atm. I went to have a dermabrasion on Saturday and my chin was scratched in the process. This was quite painful at the time and especially that night and as you can see there is a little bit of scabbing from the scratches. On a positive note, I did appreciate the hand/arm massage while the cream was applied, soaking, after the dermabrasion.

Paula cut my hair and did a wash and blow dry. Her cut was excellent, if not the best haircut I've ever had. The hair wash and massage was relaxing and the water temperature was perfect. Thanks to Paula for a fabulous experience! 5 stars!

Paula who does my hair is amazing, friendly, always happy with her work, the receptionist must play favourites though as every time I go in I get charged $55, but she charged me $20 extra for the straightening even though I'm never asked or informed that its an extra charge. She was also getting herself pampered while working so shouldn't you be in a better mood? And shes always sitting down and taking her time to get up. You cant be that busy. I hope the extra charge is going to Paula.
