Somewhat lacking in service e.g. I enquired during facial what product was being used , the answer "an oil" When lying on my back for facial a pillow for under knees/legs never offerred. Massage was very ordinary with the girl never asking at any stage any questions about pressure or any aspect of massage

I will think twice about returning, and definitely not for waxing. My eyebrows look good now but were red for 3 days afterwards and people were asking what I had wrong with me. Some skin was missing also. On the other hand, my eyelash dye was very well done.

Hi I had my eyebrows waxed and even after saying that my previous visit the beuatician had shorten the length of my eybrow and made them too thin the same thing happened again. My eyebrows have their own natural shape and are already naturally thin - so I don't need them thinned out and then chopped off half way through the length

The individual treatment rooms are nicely decorated. There is a good supply of products available for purchase and it's good to have 'testers'. It would be nice to have a cushion under your knees while lying on the bed having a facial. The soft lighting is nice but the music is just too loud and inappropriate so does not create a relaxing ambience in the salon. It is unpleasant the you can hear other clients in adjoining rooms and staff speaking loudly in the back room. The salon is very noisy. Prior the the commencement of a facial, a skin analysis should be done to ensure the best and most suitable treatment is performed for the client. Standards are much higher in Perth salons.
