Found it very noisy with people talking whilst having my massage & facial. Also bright lights from the next room we very distracting while trying to relax.

I can't believe the noise in your salon - I thought beauty salons were supposed to be a relaxing experience. After the last time I was there I vowed to never to return, but last week thought I'd give you another go with your $100 special. I even asked if I was booking in a quiet time and was told yes. Well, during my 1.5 hour treatment the waxing area in particular was extremely noising with people talking at the top of their voices - staff and clients. If you staff whispered all the time, then the clients would also. I could even hear the owner and her staff talking at the front counter - terrible stressful experience. At the time I thought that the beautician didn't leave the eyelash tint on for very long and then when I got home discovered it hadn't taken at all. I discussed all of this with the owner after my session and all she did was make excuses for the noise - as she does every time I've complained. Nothing is ever rectified. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My beautician was a wonderful young lady, who has looked after me for my last few facials. The salon was a little noisy, as I was having a facial and massage, but overall - I loved it!

I almost always visit for the same treatment, and I sometimes find there is some inconsistency with each visit. With some clinicians, I they give a wonderful facial, when waiting for the treatment to be absorbed, they give a quick but nice massage around the upper chest and shoulders. Not for too long but enough to give the mask to set or treatment to be absorbed. Then I find there are others who wait and do whatever they need to do (besides my face) or even walk out and then come back to complete the process. My thing is shouldnt it be standard? While waiting for the mask to set, work a bit on the client. Some do but some dont.

when I went into the room for my treatment the towel on the bed had obviously been used as it had white powder all over it,so I picked it up,shook it and turned it over.The beautician saw me do this and said nothing.Also my Pedicure was alot more rushed than usual.Thanks

The lady who took my appointment was amazing, very helpful and willing to go out of her way to help. I was disappointed with the state of the room I was in, it was looking a bit run down and definitely wasn't clean. There was an overflowing rubbish bin, a q-tip left on the floor, and general untidiness
