I did book in with a particular beauty therapist online and got a different beauty therapist than I had selected when I arrived. I think if there are changes to what you had booked then you should be notified and asked if you are happy to change from the person you usually see.

My Husband has walked out because of a very long wait even though he had an appointment.He waited over half an hour and did not recieve any treatment.

Each time I have booked at least one of the things that I have abooked for has not been completed eg I booked for Eyelash Tint, Eyebrow, lip, underarm and half leg wax and the eye lash was not done.I didn't say anything as I thought I may have forgotten to book ir but when I went to pay the girl said OH I forgot your lash tint, we will do it next time but i think she still charged for it . I will be checking the price more closly next time and if it happens again I will not go back, will book some where else.

The individual treatment rooms are nicely decorated. There is a good supply of products available for purchase and it's good to have 'testers'. It would be nice to have a cushion under your knees while lying on the bed having a facial. The soft lighting is nice but the music is just too loud and inappropriate so does not create a relaxing ambience in the salon. It is unpleasant the you can hear other clients in adjoining rooms and staff speaking loudly in the back room. The salon is very noisy. Prior the the commencement of a facial, a skin analysis should be done to ensure the best and most suitable treatment is performed for the client. Standards are much higher in Perth salons.
