The girl doing my facial was lovely. However it was very noisey in the salon and I was put in the room next to a lady having a pedicure who did not stop talking the whole treatment so it was hard to relax and zone out when all you can here is her talking. As soon as I got in the room the therapist told me she had to do my facial with gloves on because she'd cut her fingers. Could someone who didn't have to wear gloves do my facial instead? The girl was lovely but her pressure During the facial was very soft, as the facial massage was hardly a massage at all. She also didn't put any eyecream on. I also did not fill out any forms asking me about any health concerns or skin concerns I might have. I had essential oils used in the massage and was never asked at anytime if I was pregnant. I booked in for a Taylor made facial, not once was my skin looked at or was I asked any questions about my skin to know what products to use during the facial. After the facial finished I was offered a glass of water when I came out to the front desk. When I came out i was told everything had been fixed up and I was fine to go, without the glass of water. This isn't a big deal but if something is said it should happen. I used a gift voucher today but if I had paid for that myself I would not have been happy. I won't be back mostly because of the noise in the salon when your trying to relax. I don't want to get anyone in trouble but I feel you need to know how the customers feel.

Sadly My regular beauty therapist was not available. I got charged more than usual for the same treatments and it wasn't as thorough a waxing as usual. The lights were off throughout the salon. I'm not sure why this was but it made the salon feel partially closed. It wasn't as comfortable as my regular visits. I rebokked but will probably change my booking if I. An get my regular therapist again. If not I shall probably look elsewhere.
