I have been a client of integrity since it opened. I think the staff are lovely. But every time I want to make an appointment it is a drama. I simply want what I ask for when I ask for it. If an appointment is 45 minutes for a manicure and pedicure- I want exactly that. Making the appointment took three phone calls. When I arrived for the appointment I didn't get the person I asked for. Furthermore, I got a manicure only. When I realized the appointment was going to go over the scheduled time, I asked for a pedicure only. The staff member didn't listen; I got a manicure. I wanted French tips and I couldn't get French tips. This is a problem with service delivery and quite honestly any further frustration at this level will result in me going somewhere. Everyone is very friendly, but I don't want friendship. I simply want what I have booked for when I have booked for it. At the moment I feel I am not getting that and it frustrates me very much.

I have always found the staff friendly and helpful, the salon environment is a haven from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and I have found it a pleasure doing business with the girls that work there they are all very professional in the services that they carry out and it is a credit to the owner of the salon.
