Having struggled for years with hyperpigmentation, finally, the answer! Pico Genesis. After just one treatment it was all gone, when other therapies had failed to even fade it. I did look a fright for a few days (darkening, redness, peeling) after treatment but on writing this review 6 weeks later it was worth it. Pico is pricey, but I hope to be able to budget for it a few times a year. Not only are the pigmented areas now normal skin colour, my entire face looks brighter. Thanks Clare for the recommendation!
