Staff at Ink are very friendly. It is clear staff use compliments to make customers feel good. I've found that sometimes the compliments used by staff (especially new younger staff) lack sincerity and sound a little "text book". In my view, no compliment is better than one that lacks sincerity. This is a minor matter - the experience at Ink is always very positive - Wendy is an excellent manager.

The whole team is great and Wendy is both incredibly knowledgable in all things hairdressing. We talk about a holistic approach to life and I think Wendy is addressing that in hairdressing - something I definitely did not expect. Thanks to the whole team :)

Lose the very long acrylic nails - there is nothing worse than having you hair catch and pull under them while your hair is being washed. You can't use your nails as a comb.

This was my first visit to the salon, I had previously been having trouble finding a hairdresser I liked, Ink is well locate with ample parking, lovely décor and friendly staff. They listened to what I wanted and advised me accordingly.

The salon is professional and you can tell everyone is passionate about the industry, and it was clear to me that staff keep them self educated in hair care and new styles. I know this from the advice i have been given every time iv visited. The staff all have stunning hair cuts. Not like some places where you walk in to be greeted by someone with extensions and bleached blond feral hair. One thing that may affect your business in a negative way is the dogs. I am a big dog person i love dogs and dont mind one bit when the dogs are in the salon, however you seem to attract high end clients. Some people may not like dogs or be allergic to animals etc which may lead to them not coming back. But i love them ;)
