I went to INCH hair for the first time today and was apprehensive because we all are when we visit a new salon. Honestly, I was so impressed with their service. The hairdresser, Felicia was very friendly, understood exactly what I was after, and replicated the hair colour from the photo I showed her. Their price is also very reasonable for the great quality of service. I will definitely go back :)

Susan was amazing, I have curly textured hair which not many know how to handle and she took the time to get to know my hair and gave me an amazing cut. She even took the time to style at the end. At no point did I feel rushed even though them being crazy busy post lockdown. After not going to a hairdresser in years due to bad experience this has restored my faith.

Great cut no problem with that But too many people Asked to move seats three times. One to sit in reception in full view of the window with the colour on Never offered a drink at all Too many people booked in Wanted to discuss a slight variation to my colour and didn’t have time Really poor service and won’t be back Shame

My first visit to the salon & in fact, first haircut after 18 months. ( Thank you, Covid) Susan understood exactly what I wanted & I was very happy with the result. I will definitely return.
