My initial experience was great . I went in for a keratin treatment , I was told that this would straighten my hair and cut out the frizz however it just reduce my curls to a wavy texture and cut down the frizz by only 60% I did not wash my hair for 48 hours as advised and did not tie it but even then when i washed it off with a keratin smooth shampoo it still came back as a bit frizzy and the curls still there It definitely is a better texture but still not what I expected or was told . So definitely not worth the money I spent

Very happy with Eliza who understood what I wanted. I have curly hair which can be difficult to style but the cut was very good & still looks good even after I have washed it & styled it myself since then

Staff were too busy. From the front, I can see 3 clear areas where the hair dye wasn't applied. Poor hair dressing service. I booked in advance but felt they overbooked and didn't have time to do my hair properly - that was reflected when I got home and saw the areas of hair they'd bot coloured.

Surveys need to say if 10 or 1 is the best or worst. Colour blind people cant answer.

Gorgeous Salon and super professional staff. Feel very comfortable in the salon and stylists give great advice and really know what they are doing! :)
