I visited the salon today for what I had booked as a gel pedicure. When I arrived, I was told that I wasn't booked in for a pedicure and that, due to time constraints, they only had enough time to remove the existing gel from my toes and reapply it. I didn't challenge this at the time because I assumed I had misunderstood what was included when I made the booking. I was disappointed because the main reason for my appointment was to have my feet properly refreshed, including the removal of hard skin with a pumice. Instead, all I received was some exfoliating cream before the gel was reapplied. When I went to pay, I was charged for a gel pedicure. Again, I didn't question it because I wasn't completely sure what a gel pedicure should include. However, when I got home, I checked the salon's website and found that there is a clear difference between a gel removal and reapplication on the feet (which is the service I actually received) and a gel pedicure. I contacted the salon this afternoon and asked for the manager to call me, but I still haven't received a response. This is not the level of customer service or professionalism I would expect from a high-end salon, and I'm very disappointed with both the treatment I received and the lack of follow-up.

I had visited the salon today for a hair cut with Iwona and can honestly say I came out feeling confident and completely in love with my hair. I explained I wanted my hair cut short, Iwona made several recommendations throughout and I am so glad I took her advice. I will continue to use this hairdressers, just as I have for a couple of years now, as I have always had amazing experiences. I would definitely recommend.

Perfect as always. Lisa does the perfect nails for me, she is kind, professional and a perfectionist. I am always happy to see her. Waxing with Maggie is always very good. Professional, her mannerisms as well as her dress code also. She is funny and always does a perfect job. You need a good laugh when getting waxed for sure. Thank you both!
