The stylist I had originally booked with was unwell on the day of my appointment however the salon contacted me by WhatsApp message as soon as they opened and invited me to either have an alternative appointment that day with a different stylist or reschedule with the original stylist on another day. They were very flexible and fitted me in at my convenience with Poppy. After a consultation my hair was washed and conditioned and the salon junior gave me a lovely head massage during the process. Poppy then cut and styled my hair and I left the salon feeling like a new person. Staff were very friendly and the environment was relaxed.☺️

Always an excellent experience. Great cut and curl. All staff very polite and professional, salon very clean, this is why I have been a customer for over 15 years

Polly was absolutely lovely. I'm not a fan of going to the hairdresser but polly put me at ease and was excellent. Her advice was clear and she took her time. I left feeling really happy
