This is a beautiful salon and staff were pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately I would not recommend to family as I did not realise this is a dog friendly salon. Several of my family have allergies and the presence of dogs would make them significantly ill. The treatment room was very pleasant likewise the member of staff who delivered my treatment. Sadly the luxury and relaxation was spoiled by the noise of a dog barking. Shame really as it’s a lovely salon with lovely staff.

I booked to have eyebrow wax with Lisa.i was advised by her colleague who was busy with a customers nails that Lisa was in a room and would be with me shortly. When Lisa’s colleague had finished the customers nails they both went into a room with Lisa. Both reappeared and I was told Lisa would be another15-20 mins. I advised I could not wait 15-20 mins and would need to cancel. Lisa’s colleague advised she could wax my eyebrows. I agreed . I am now wondering whether to try somewhere else !

I was really disappointed with my keratin scrub. I've added this treatment lots of times as it makes my hair feel clean and silky. This time was disappointing. The young lady who washed my hair must have been new or training which I totally understand but she barely touched my hair. There was no scrub just a gentle wash and the underneath of my hair was bone dry at the end. It's called a scrub for a reason, now I must add the young lady was lovely and polite and friendly. Maybe she needs more training on what a scrub actually is before she is allowed to do it on clients. I felt like I barely had my hair washed let alone a scrub.
