So i spoke with the receptionist and my Hairdresser Hus who both made me aware that I had in fact been paying $58.00 a week for my regular blow-wave even though I thought i was paying $51.00. So while they handled the situation with good humour and professional decorum I still feel the price I first negotiated a as client that attends and was led to believe I was only paying $51.00 should be compensated in some way . I will leave this for you to ponder. It is not a matter of affordability it is a matter of where i consider true value sits for the service and the fact that i attend weekly. Kind regards

My daughter came for a hair colour today (she’s a student) I told her to explain her budget didn’t stretch to getting a treatment however she was given a treatment product to take away with her that she didn’t want but given her age she wasn’t sure how to say no. I would just ask that if young people come in they get asked if they want extra product not told to get the treatment as it’s $60 which is a lot for a student.

I was very impressed with the stylist that looked after me. Although I was only there for a wash and blow wave, he was very helpful in his service. I did present a voucher which entitled me to $25 discount. I was informed at time of paying that it was only applicable to services over $60 and mine was $52. This was not stipulated on the voucher and it did leave a sour taste in my mouth.

I asked to go back to my natural hair colour which is a very light brown/dark blonde, however, my hair turned out like the attached which is several shades darker. Will it lighten after a few washes?
