It was so nice to see everyone after nearly month. When I called to make an appointment, Melissa answered. She was very nice & helpful! Only thing bordered me was that I had to wear face mask!! But I understand. This salon is the best for everyway out of all the salons I have gone to. Thank you so much.

It was first time I had different person to do my hair, Belinda was very good! All the service I had was very nice. New shampoo chair was very comfortable. Only concern I have is new person did my hair blow dry could do better. But I still like to keep on coming to your shop. Thank you so much. I have been coming to your shop for over three years and I had best service this time.

Thank you for the wonderful experience at Heading Out , North Balwyn. It was very relaxing with one of the best head massages I’ve ever had ! Has always been a great place to go, have been going since I was a kid, so I'll probably never change. But $72 is a bit steep...
