I really love your salon and especially the great hair work done by Christine. I do however get dissappointed if I have a new person do most of the work. I am pretty sure I am paying a higher price for Christine and think that she should be the person that does the colour work and styling. However in saying this I understand when I am making it difficult with appointment time restrictions that I need to negotiate this and I appreciate your help with that. Thanks

Very happy with Christine's haircut. She is a very professional, quietly spoken informative (in so many areas) operator, unfazed with busyness around giving her client undivided attention. A real gift for an operator as a client needs to feel that no matter how busy the salon is and how far behind the hairdresser has progressed in the day, one knows that she will still get the attention required to feel a valued customer. It may have been a really busy day on Friday and possibly some clients late for appointments which snowballs by the end of the day, otherwise you maybe overbooking clients for the day which will eventually go against the business if one does not feel that they are getting the service they have paid for. Sue?? Shane's wife, is an enormous asset. From working on the front counter and buzzing around (in a very professional manner) to make clients feel valued. She is a very delightful, quietly spoken efficient business lady. You would be lost without her. It is a real pleasure to be greeted by her and kept informed by her. She is a ray of sunshine even amongst the busyness of her day. Well done!! Keep up the good work.
