Have just recently had my hair cut at Hairway and as with previous appointments I am completely satisfied. Shane never discourages my request to try something different but always seems to know what will suit and work for me (and my age!). The services provided by the staff is remarkable. I am always welcomed in a friendly way regardless of who attends to me at the front desk which I appreciate. Staff courtesy is of a high standard. I am pleased to observe that the staff treat all the clients in the same manner. Piped music rather than the radio blasting out is pleasant. Whilst quite conversation is happening it is never irritating. If a calm atmosphere is the intention it is working. One of the features I look forward to is having my hair washed. Whist I know that this is a standard procedure in most salons I feel that Shane has gone one step further in providing the total experience for the client. What more could one want at the end (or start) of the day then relaxing on a comfy lounge recliner that gently massages the body. Equally I would like to note that I am never been disappointed by the attention paid to washing and massaging my scalp! I invariably meet up with an acquaintance while I am there which for me indicates that the salon is popular because of it has a history of excellence. Thanks for the total experience.
