Dark hair dye was not removed from my forehead - as the hair colour developed it looks so much worse. Had to go home and wash my hair :(

We weren't happy with the initial colour, however we spoke to them and they were more than happy to fix it immediately- and they did. We are very happy with the outcome

Lea is fantastic and clearly experienced. She's lovely to deal with and always offers good advice and options for my treatments. She listens and is genuinely engaged with what I am hoping to achieve with my colour and style. With regards to the overall environment, the offering of a coffee or tea is lovely. The actual studio however, is cold - both in temperature and ambience. I really felt for Lea and the other staff there today during my treatment. It was very cold in the salon. Everyone was commenting.
