Dark hair dye was not removed from my forehead - as the hair colour developed it looks so much worse. Had to go home and wash my hair :(

We weren't happy with the initial colour, however we spoke to them and they were more than happy to fix it immediately- and they did. We are very happy with the outcome

The hairdresser that my son had this afternoon was very friendly, courteous, professional and my son and I are very happy with the hair style that she designed for him.

Suggest that when applying colour that the dye is cleaned off the clients face etc straight after it's applied as it was very hard to clean off after my appointment which was quite embarrassing.

I was surprised by the cost of my haircut as I feel $75 was a lot for a trim and don’t recall even a more significant haircut costing this much. I expected to pay $60. However I thoroughly appreciated the service but that alone is not worth $75 so I’m unsure I’ll go back in the future.
