I felt like the hairdresser was knowledgeable but didn’t ask enough questions during the consultation and made her own choices about my haircut without asking me. I was unhappy with my haircut when I left.

I had a positive experience at this salon. My stylist took the time to really understand what I wanted. She did a great cut and style and I left feeling fabulous.

Everybody was very pleasant. I didn't have to wait very long to get started on my hair. I appreciated the continual offers for a drink. Thank you all! (And Desi did a wonderful job on my hair)

Generally my experience was good, however I was disappointed that bleach found its way to the back of my Navy blue Billabong T-shirt which is now rubbish. Also The cost of the quote $238, was different to what I was charged of $251 with no explanation. Otherwise, I am happy with my hair and the hairdresser - Bella was lovely and professional.
