The young man that cut my daughter's hair was lovely! She was really happy with the cut and he listened to what she wanted and gave some good advice. Sorry I didnt get his name. The only thing I can comment on when I was there is that a lady walked in and went to the counter and the blonde haired girl cutting a customers hair yelled out 'Do you have an appointment?' which seemed to catch the lady off guard and she said what? and the staff member yelled it again! I thought it was very rude and not very welcoming!! Luckily the other lady ( i think the owner?) came around the corner and seemed to know who the customer was and whisked her away to the hair wash area. Just a simple 'sorry Ill be with you in a minute' or 'Hello, wont be long' would do until someone can come and address the customer properly!!

Elias and the team are very kind, welcoming and accommodating. The salon environment is clean and well kept, the design is modern and the basin chairs are very comfortable. I would feel confident returning and recommending Hairport One to my friends and family.
