I felt like the hairdresser was knowledgeable but didn’t ask enough questions during the consultation and made her own choices about my haircut without asking me. I was unhappy with my haircut when I left.

Overall staff were friendly and polite. I had to keep my eyes closed as lights around the basin were very bright. A bit disappointed with overall price of highlights and hair cut. I felt it was expensive with what was actually done to my hair. I wasn’t consulted on whether I wanted my hair dried or curled. Not sure if the final style is suitable.

Love the atmosphere ,the girls were all happy talkative and very busy. My colour is great and really happy with it. The down size 4 1/4 hours way to long , my hair cut is really disappointing and l look like l need a hair cut. Not what l was expecting or wanted. It looks like l have had short hair and it is growing out and l need a cut. My family just laughed when they saw it. I now NEED to do my hair ever day to look neat and have some style. Having grown my hair for the last twelve months from having it short it looks ….well let’s say l am not happy. I feel if the girl who did my hair who l actually liked and would have her colour it again as it is great just had to many customers to try and look after.

$37 for a men's trim is at least $10 Too much in my opinion. Prices should be displayed.

The price for a mans cut and reshade has skyrocketed since last year. I normally have my beard cut as well but this time I did it myself with my new beard trimmer.$70.00 for a quick cut and re shade is out of all proportion to the service provided after 10 plus years of having my hair cut at airport 1 I am afraid I have to find a new hairdresser as even my partner is paying less than me for a cut and Color at a professional salon in Croydon !!!
