We weren't happy with the initial colour, however we spoke to them and they were more than happy to fix it immediately- and they did. We are very happy with the outcome

I always have a great experience when visiting Hairport 1. The friendly staff cannot do enough for you and go out of their way to provide exactly what you want. They are extremely courteous and professional and your hair always looks and feels fabulous when you walk out of the salon.

I am very pleased with my visits, and think you have a real asset in Lisa. She is a good hairdresser and very nice person, while still able to support her boss by recommending further products and opportunities to buy the treatments offered. The staff are all polite and respectful. Thankyou and Merry Christmas. Ps Newcomer Amanda did a good job learning hairwashing and was very friendly , she will do well.
