I have been coming to Hairport 1 since 5 years and I am always leave happy and satisfied with the service. hHwever for some reason in my last two visits I have received only one shampoo wash after my colour, which I have found extrange because I always get double shampoo. The last time I asked for a second shampoo and was no worries, but it would be fantastic if me or any other customer should not to have asked for it. Thanks!
