I had a wonderful first visit to Hairport 1. I found out on the morning of my appointment that my stylist was unwell, but the team moved mountains to make sure I still got the treatments I was hoping for on the day. I was attended by three different stylists for foils, toner and a cut, and they all showed the same meticulous attention to detail and were committed to me being happy with the result. With a less competent team having three different people work on one client’s hair could have gone very awry, very quickly, but I was so happy with how my hair looked at the end - it all reflected exactly what I had asked for. The place was very busy and they were clearly under the pump with lots of post-lockdown bookings, but I never felt like I was being rushed - even though all staff had taken me on as an extra client for the day. I was really impressed and will definitely come back - thank you, Hairport 1!
