I was a little disappointed at my recent visit as the hairdresser who I was booked in with was extremely busy so didn't really consult me on what I was booked in for. The apprentice who put my colour on was extremely good and very attentive and did constantly check if I needed anything. The second apprentice who washed and dried my hair was little annoying with her constant chatter about herself and forgot to brush/comb my hair while it was still wet which made it more difficult to dry the fringe without putting a kink in it. When I did get the hairdresser who I had booked in with to cut my hair she appeared rushed which was disappointing as she had not been like this before. Overall not the best experience I have had with them. But I will go back as they have got the colour and hopefully I will not have to have three people do my hair

I felt like the hairdresser was knowledgeable but didn’t ask enough questions during the consultation and made her own choices about my haircut without asking me. I was unhappy with my haircut when I left.

Overall staff were friendly and polite. I had to keep my eyes closed as lights around the basin were very bright. A bit disappointed with overall price of highlights and hair cut. I felt it was expensive with what was actually done to my hair. I wasn’t consulted on whether I wanted my hair dried or curled. Not sure if the final style is suitable.

Love the atmosphere ,the girls were all happy talkative and very busy. My colour is great and really happy with it. The down size 4 1/4 hours way to long , my hair cut is really disappointing and l look like l need a hair cut. Not what l was expecting or wanted. It looks like l have had short hair and it is growing out and l need a cut. My family just laughed when they saw it. I now NEED to do my hair ever day to look neat and have some style. Having grown my hair for the last twelve months from having it short it looks ….well let’s say l am not happy. I feel if the girl who did my hair who l actually liked and would have her colour it again as it is great just had to many customers to try and look after.
