Comment
All the staff were extremely lovely. However I was called twice prior to my appointment and asked to arrive early, I then waited for half an hour if not more. Which I found strange. I clearly had a junior staff member, which is completely fine, but it would have been to nice to be told this and to expect my appointment to take a bit longer. I also told the colourist I was planning to go lighter and yet I came out much darker than my current colour.
