always very happy with Racheal. Disappointed with the girl who washed my hair- she offered me a cup of tea and never returned with it. And she left hair dye on my face that had to ask the blowwave girl to clean off. i know it was saturday and you were busy . I enjoy coming as i can relax, and not worry about anything,the above 2 points take away the relax element.

Unfortunately on this occasion it was a poor quality outcome for top price. The service is great and friendly but the outcome of the service was a poor result that will lead to greater expense to remedy.

This survey is for my hair appointment only. i will not be going back for a hair appointment as the hairdresser offended me in the first 5 mins whilst trying to sell his products. Not a good sales move...

I have been to the salon twice....both times I have had great haircuts...where it starts to come apart is when my hair is dried....twice it has been twisted into ringlets and then fluffed out before it has dried...on both occasions by the time I get home my hair is a frizzy mess....I'm sure I am having to pay for this twisting and fluffing and frankly that part of the service in no way rates with the cutting experience which is a pity and shows that the salon doesn't really understand my hair except in a cutting situation.

Paid over $300 for cut and colour and the colourist did not even match the colour to my hair - very disappointing visit.

Brooke was amazing. She has been my hairdresser for many years and I love her to bits. The girl who washed my hair was so bad she was so rough I burst into tears afterwards. Brooke was lovely after - and I hope I never have that girl wash my hair again.
