I got my colour done on Saturday by Rachael, who is a exceptional colorist. The toner on my ends created a sharp contrast with my roots & once I pointed this out, Rachael fixed this. I've never done this & I appreciate her fixing my colour straight away. PS as I have fine hair I would not recommend anyone putting the qaba oil on total hair as a rinse. After a hair cut Saturday, my hair looked so oily i.e. day 5 on Sunday. Yuck.

Very overpriced for a basic haircut, and had to wait several times as the hair dresser swapped between various clients. Ended up having about 3 people do my hair. Lovely atmosphere and great products.

The service would be better if they didn't try to put up the cost every visit- whether it be paying for toner- a 3/4 head of foils instead of a 1/2 head or no reason at all????

Hi, have recommended people in the past. however, I was disappointed in my last visit. I had no issue with my service but felt the price was excessive. I should have queried the price of the 2 products I purchased as unsure what I have actually paid for my colour.

I felt that the staff were lovely and I enjoyed the overall experience but thought the price was way too high. The end result was just the same as my local salon but cost twice as much.

I recently had a facial at the upstairs salon which the setting is very nice. In all other salons I have had facials the music has been restful and relaxing. Which goes hand in hand with a facial. On this occasion whilst the facial was ok the music ruined what could have been relaxing session. I did not feel relaxed when I left and was disappointed as facials are a treat.
