I love my haircut however at the last visit i decided to grow my hair and it looked great as it was so we agreed not to cut only to color. It was a touch long over my ears so literally it took less than a minute to be trimmed around the ears yet i was charged full price for the haircut plus the color, over $200....the $90 plus charge for less than a minute trim left me feeling a touch bitter & a bit 'ripped off'

Be great to get the massage chairs working again.

the area for washing hair is very noisy particularly when staff walk through and the massage chairs are never turned on... also very unsure as to what everything actually costs - just get a final amount without any justification as to where the dollars are actually spent

Very noisy in the salon this time as it was very very crowded - much more so than on previous visits - also slowed things down a lot - long delay waiting for a basin to become available as they were all taken with others getting colour etc washed out...then had very bright lights shining in my face while this was happening. Would be worth the salon reviewing the maximum number of appointments that can be made and still provide an efficient service in a calm environment

If I book with a particular person then I expect to have that person for the whole time. Just because another client arrives late, and therefore dos not fit in with my job, I do not think I should be sidelined to accommodate the late client. I was at my appointment on time, not late.

Rachel is both a lovely person and a great colorist. I had a great experience with a relaxing read through some current magazines.
