I am getting a haircut that's it I do not need to be lectured about how bad my hair is!! Not everyone has the $$ to buy qaba!! Cheap alternative would have been nice!

The service here is consistently good, from the cut and colour, wash basin through to the blow dry.

Everything is great and the finished product is also very good however I had an 11.15am appointment and left at 2.45pm (3.5hours later). I think this is excessive. I arrived slightly early. My actual hair cut took about 15minutes and then I was waiting for quite sometime. My hair is not even at collar bone length. I then had some foils done and a blow wave. I think my hairdresser was overbooked and as a result many were left waiting. This has happened on the last two visits. On the same day another friend was in and out within 2 hours and has much longer hair than I do. I have no complaints about the end result, just the time it has taken on the last two visits.
