The girl who washed and blow waved my hair- i don't remember her name- kept pulling my hair when washing, and when drying, got my hair caught up 3 times in a row with her brush. Racheal who does the colour is fantastic

wasn't very impressed by the girl who washed my hair and blow waved it. No scalp massage, it all seemed a bit of a chore for her. No love or care felt. Didn't even introduce herself to me. I adore Billy.

The only problem I have with HBS is that it takes too long. My appointment was 10am for colour (foils) and it took 3.5 hours. That is ridiculous. Where I usually go I get colour and CUT and it takes under 2 hours.

I am usually very happy with the service from Hair Body & Sould however my visit this time was very lack lustre. Also, when I left the salon I broke out in a rash from my neck to my back so I had a shower, and that’s when I discovered lots of hair dye left in my hair at the base of my head and had to wash my hair again after spending $250+.

My daughter had her hair cut. She was very excited about coming. She had been told by others that she gets a hot chocolate. Small thing I know, but my daughter nor I were offered anything to drink which is her lasting memory. Especially when she watched other clients be brought drinks. Love the salon though, and the job the girls do for the hair cuts and washes is great. Will always recommend
