In the context of providing feedback: (no offense please) The shampoo and conditioning combined with the oil is really lovely. Unfortunately the wrapping of the hair with a wet warm towel falls short of what would otherwise be considered as a nice finish before the rinse off with flowing hot water and then the final rinse. The warm towels once opened and wrapped around the hair have had a musty or mouldy smell unfortunately overpowering the lovely aroma of oils. I have noticed this at the last two visits. It might be worth checking it out fir yourselves. Otherwise, all is great. Regards, jackie
