I love my hair. Amy was very friendly and supportive during my consultation and took the time to understand what I wanted and was happy to offer her professional advice and opinions to help me get the result I was hoping for. On the day of my appointment she was again supportive and lovely and I love the result so much. It was a big change from a boring plain brown to a rainbow balayage with a new cut and I felt supported and consulted 100% of the way. Thank you to Amy, Ella and Isabella for their expertise, friendliness and for my beautiful hair!

I had an amazing experience at Lusso yesterday. Amy was very friendly and answered my numerous questions. The O&M colour seems even better done this time than the last time I had it done in Melbourne. The vibrating chair and the washout process/ head massage was so pampering and appreciated as part of the luxury boutique experience, which I was not aware of before coming. Trish was also very professional and friendly when I called to enquire about O&M colour on the phone. I would recommend that Lusso somehow adds tags on Google about being an O&M salon so it comes up when you search online. This would avoid all the shopping around I had to do to find an O&M salon. As a nomad on Jobseeker medical with a strict budget, the price was a bit steep compared to Melbourne. However, the service was much better and this is not a complaint but merely a comment on the vast differences between prices in the states of Australia, five of which I've visited in the past 16 months as a house/pet sitter. The whole Salon Lane experience is out of this world, especially the client area with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and filtered hot, cold and sparkling water available. Brandon at reception was friendly, approachable and knowledgable about all the product questions I had. But the highlight, (excluding the amazing salon experience) truely was the spotless Smart toilets. That might seem weird to others but after living in Istanbul, Turkey for 15 years, being able to not only wash but also dry your 'derrière' was a next level bathroom experience. So I highly recommend visiting not only Lusso Salone but the Salon Lane precinct. I walked out very happy and more confident, with my greys completely coloured in a sustainable brand I've supported for the past 20 years. I'm also glad I could support a small business owner.

I always find it hard to get a stylist who really listens to what I want and takes a genuine interest in my experiences with my hair. Mostly they do what they want with your hair, and you come out looking like the person who came out as you went in. My stylist at Fluid does exactly what I want and I come out being me, not someone else. Claire took a real interest in my natural colouring procedure with henna and genuinely got excited about the colour I achieved. That is not what most stylists say about henna. Well done, Claire.

Such an amazing salon! The atmosphere is always so friendly and positive inside and all the staff are absolutely beautiful with the clients. Have always walked out of Fluid with a big grin on my face and immaculate looking hair and would reccomend to anyone and everyone!
