Gorgeous atmosphere, straight forward, knowledgeable and friendly staff who understood what I wanted straight away and demonstrated it with swatches. I have hip length hair which didn’t faze them, and the quote was reasonable. Yet to actually have the dye, but I have high hopes based on my experience so far!
