Lovely relaxing space, super friendly and attentive hairdresser. Left feel million bucks and with a beautiful new look. Hairdresser was amazing at picking a great colour for my new look.

The phone and face to face service was great from the girls. I came in for a quarter head balayage and a cut, had my consult and proceeded to get the service. It started off well however, I started to lose confidence when the bleach was washed off and the colour did not lift to the desired lightness. The colour was quite warm and brassy, as discussed with the stylist I wanted it to lifted to a cool beige. I mentioned that the colour was quite warm. The stylist eluded that the toner will lighten the brassiness, but it did not and I did not want to press further at this stage. As the stylist was drying my hair, she asked how I liked the colour, I mentioned it was alot warmer than if liked. I respected that she did try to rectify the brassiness by applying a different shade of toner however toner can only do so much. Secondly, the haircut was not much better. I asked her to even out the layers as it looked like chunks were taken out at random spots, she then over-blended the hair and there are even larger chunks cut away. When I walked out my hair was styled to look alright but now at home when it’s not styled, I would have to say this is the worst hair experience I’ve come out of.. over $300 later. I am very disappointed and it will take me months to grow my hair out and more money to colour correct.

Yeah not that impressed with the quality of the haircut. I asked for shorter all around but still with some length at the back. She left me with a an uneven rats tail. And for $58 you’d think she could have shaved the back of the neck!
