The salon made an effort to see me on very short notice and took the time to understand I do not have access to great water on a regular basis (chlorinated sea water) or to a stylist that can trim my hair in between visits. I waited a few months to add this comment because I wanted to see how the colour would hold up - and the colour is still great. But what is most impressive is that my hair is healthier since coming into the salon, I think the colour is protecting my hair from the not so great water. And the cut is still falling nicely, albiet with a bit more work on my part. Hope Heath is available to see me again for a cut and colour when I come through London in the next month.

As always, other than the rushing to make sure I am not late, being in the salon is non stress. I can trust that the cut and colour will be done well and will carry me until the next time I can visit.

Great experience at Feel, fab hair cut! My only negetive would be that whilst I was waiting for my appt on the sofa I wasn't offered a drink whilst the guy waiting next to me was. When I asked for a glass of water it never came. Nadia got me a glass in the end when I sat down with her.
