Overall, I’m really happy with the blonde balayage done by Tom. I’ve had highlights done before as well. My natural hair color is a somewhat dark, faded Slavic coffee brown, and hair is soft, with fine individual strands, but there’s quite a lot of it. In other salons, stylists often struggled to get a cool blonde on me, but at this salon, the colour always turns out great. I also have a sensitive scalp, and I’ve never had any issues here. Feel uses high quality products, and the stylists really know their stuff when it comes to color. As for haircut, I usually go for a minimal style, so I don’t have much to say there, but when it comes to blonde, I can definitely recommend Tom and the whole team. I was tempted to try other salons in London just out of curiosity, but then I thought why take the risk? If something goes wrong, I honestly don’t have the patience to grow my hair out for another 2 years. Feel is a safe, reliable choice. Highly recommend!

Came here a year ago to get my hair cut and was so happy with the experience that I booked another appointment with Grace on this year's London trip. She really knows what she's doing, my hair feels so nice and healthy. I never feel pressured into making small talk, either, which is a big plus for me personally. Thank you Grace + Feel team! I will certainly return on my next trip.

Absolutely delighted with my experience. Chris did the most wonderful job with the colour, it looks so natural and blends with my existing balayage perfectly. His energy was lovely too. Grace did my cut and wash. Honestly I’ve never seen someone work with such care, attention and precision- and this is shown in the results! I’ll be returning! :) My only comment would be that the music was slightly too loud for me, but that’s only because I like to read. The greeting I received and the kindness of everyone throughout was remarkable. I felt very looked after. Thank you!
