Always a pleasure to go to Feel. Service and customer care there is second to none and I love the location being so close to Soho etc. Love getting my hair cut with Chris.

Eryk was so lovely and gave me the exact cut I had envisioned, he was able to make curtain bangs with soft layering work on my very fine hair. Would 100% recommend.

Big thumbs up for Feel, and in particular Chris. It was my first visit there and it couldn't have been better! Relaxed but professional and super friendly. Went in with a shoulder length birds nest and came out with a stylish crop. Chris is such a nice bloke and did a fantastic job. I'll definitely be going back there from now on. Thank you!

My haircut was with Heath and he made me feel very comfortable and supported throughout the cut, offered great advice and overall gave me wonderful haircut and was a great experience. Despite being late, I felt right at home and he gave me exactly what I was looking for and even offered me product recommendations. Could not recommend enough and can’t wait to come back!

After consistently getting my hair cut with a different stylist for years, I booked in with Feel for a much needed haircut after it had grown rapidly during the pandemic lockdowns. I was hesitant about booking with someone new but my hair had become just too long and too heavy so decided to just bite the bullet and do it. I booked with Svetlana purely because she is a female and I am more comfortable around women being in my personal space than men (just a personal preference). She was very kind and tried her best to make me feel relaxed at the beginning as I was very anxious and, most importantly, she understood that I am not a very chatty person and respected that I didn't want to talk throughout the appointment and only chatted here and there. I felt much more relaxed because of that. I have naturally very thick hair and so she understood what I meant when I said I wanted to chop it off because it felt too heavy and I wanted a change. She checked the length several times before cutting anything and styled it so well that it is now the best cut I have ever had. I am that pleased that I will be visiting Svetlana again for my cuts from now on and I hope she doesn't leave Feel! She mentioned she likes to colour hair so I have recommended her to my sister who likes to colour her hair and is looking for someone she can trust to give her a lovely colour.
