I really enjoyed my first visit! The receptionist greeted me with a smile and was attentive as soon as I had arrived. A very helpful guy took my coat and brought me to the seating area and I saw him being so helpful to all the other members of staff too. My hairdresser Lisa was so professional, friendly, full of handy tips and good advice as well as giving me a great cut! I’m very much looking forward to going back.

Overall, I’m really happy with the blonde balayage done by Tom. I’ve had highlights done before as well. My natural hair color is a somewhat dark, faded Slavic coffee brown, and hair is soft, with fine individual strands, but there’s quite a lot of it. In other salons, stylists often struggled to get a cool blonde on me, but at this salon, the colour always turns out great. I also have a sensitive scalp, and I’ve never had any issues here. Feel uses high quality products, and the stylists really know their stuff when it comes to color. As for haircut, I usually go for a minimal style, so I don’t have much to say there, but when it comes to blonde, I can definitely recommend Tom and the whole team. I was tempted to try other salons in London just out of curiosity, but then I thought why take the risk? If something goes wrong, I honestly don’t have the patience to grow my hair out for another 2 years. Feel is a safe, reliable choice. Highly recommend!
