Carolyn is very thorough, it does not feel rushed and I have gained much more than just having my hair growing back that my GP has deemed 'normal'. My hair is growing back due to chronically low ferratin and after being prescribed Rogaine as the only option from a GP, I am blown away with the correct information. You wouldn't go to your GP to have your teeth checked, same for scalp and hair health! Trichologist all the way!

She spent over two hours with me, carefully reviewing my blood tests going all the way back to 2019, connecting the dots with impressive precision. She was absolutely spot on about what is most likely happening in my case — something no other professional had managed to identify. In my past experiences, I always felt that practitioners were focused on offering quick fixes or band-aid solutions, without truly addressing the root of the issue. With her, I finally felt seen and heard. She genuinely looks at the person, not just the symptom. Carolyn is very knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring. After using the hair products and treatment plan, I noticed a difference straight away. My hair felt thicker and stronger with no frizz. No hair loss now and follow-up scope session showed a great improvement in hair and scalp strength. My family have commented on how good it looks too.
