I found Carolyn to be absolutely wonderful, professional, and thorough. She demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and genuine duty of care, a complete contrast to what I have experienced elsewhere. From the very first interaction, both Carolyn and her receptionist were warm, organised, and attentive, which made the entire process seamless. I will definitely continue seeing Carolyn for any future needs and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.
