My first visit was 4 days ago to buy some products with a couple of gift cards. I did not have an appointment. The staff on that Saturday morning were absolutely amazing. From greeting me on arrival, listening to my concerns, advising me on products and how to apply them. Their professionalism was outstanding and at no time did I feel that I was holding them up from moving on with their work. I returned today for some waxing, will return in 4wks for repeat and back again in the new year for a Facial. My 1st experience with Ella Bache and loved their caring attitudes. Thank you so much.
